To begin with, the Venom boasts F-shaped headlights at its front, paying homage to its moniker. Meanwhile, its taillights are also unique and noteworthy. Here’s something interesting – they feature hollow centers that function as ducts to regulate heat emanating from the engine. Speaking of the engine, it’s decked out in style too. The air intakes are coated in gold-colored heat insulation, adding an extra touch of flair.

The Venom F5 Roadster features butterfly doors on either side that can be opened by pressing discreet buttons. These doors not only enhance the car’s aesthetics but also improve its aerodynamics, as they do not have traditional door handles. The doors are incredibly lightweight, just like the rest of the vehicle’s body, which is constructed from carbon fiber. Due to this material, the Venom F5 Roadster weighs only 1406kg (3100lbs).

Upon entering the F5 Roadster, one cannot help but appreciate the unique D-shaped Formula 1-inspired steering wheel. This exceptional steering wheel houses all of the car’s important buttons, from the headlights to the ignition. The climate controls, on the other hand, are relatively minimalistic, with just one dial in the middle of the cabin and a small, circular touchscreen placed centrally.

The interior of the car has small details that make it unique, such as flags printed on the door pulls. Specifically, the American flag is featured on one pull and the Texas flag on the other, but buyers can customize these to their preference. Additionally, the seats have a small Texas flag sewn onto them to serve as a reminder that the car was made in Texas. The F5 Roadster is being marketed as the world’s fastest convertible, boasting a powerful 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 1817hp (1355kW). Although Hennessey already holds the record for the world’s fastest convertible with their 2016 Venom GT Spyder, which reached a top speed of 427.4km/h (265.6mph), they are targeting an even faster speed of over 483km/h (300mph) for the F5 Roadster.
